The Newest Fan

Even the Cowboys youngest fan could not bring them a victory. Tony needed more than this adorable newborn in his "Romo onesie," but at least mommy has someone to watch the games with now.

Today instead of football we read AW Tozer. They say you should sing to your baby, but I find reading to be a valuable alternative. I figure he won't know the difference between Tozer and Dr. Suess for a while, so maybe I could do some learning too.

Way to go!! Early reading is so important. We just talked about it at our local MOPS meeting. It's sad how few children get read to regulary... or only at bedtime.

I also highly recommend picking one book when they are young to read over and over again. For us, it was Hickory Dickory Dock (who knew there is more than one verse). We read it daily in the early months. It really gets them into it.
